With an 18-year career in marketing and brand strategy, Kanika led impactful campaigns for global brands before transitioning into coaching. Her ability to engage leaders in thought-provoking conversations led her to build a coaching practice that blends strategy, personal growth, and leadership development.
As a co-founder of a coaching-led initiative, she designed impactful programs for major organizations. She also played a key role in leading high-profile industry events, driving thought leadership and executive engagement.
