Utkarsh Narang is on a mission to help managers become future leaders for the world. He is the Founder and CEO of IgnitedNeurons. He is a learning consultant and an accomplished coach on the path to achieving ICF-PCC accreditation, with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience.
My Story
Holding certifications as a Happiness Coach from the Berkeley Institute of Well-Being and as a NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, Utkarsh brings a diverse skill set to his practice.
With a career spanning 15 years across healthcare, leadership, and e-learning, Utkarsh has led numerous cross-domain teams in both tech startups and large-scale client projects for Fortune 500 companies.
He serves as an Executive Coach at BetterUp, Torch.io, and other Silicon Valley startups, catering to executives globally. Notable clients of his coaching include LinkedIn, Infosys, MakeMyTrip, Zynga Games, Salesforce, and The Lego Group, among others. He currently lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife and two boys, 13 and 10, and enjoys hiking, meditation and exploring the city with his family.
